Welcome to the web site of Dr. Les A. Piegl, Professor of Computer Science, Engineering at the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL. The purpose of this site is to serve as a global communication medium for students, colleagues, friends and for all folks who would like to receive information about events and activities he is involved in. Students of Professor Piegl are the primary beneficiaries of this site. It is a gateway to e-communication and to enhance the e-content of his classes. The pages on teaching and research are highly recommended, although all pages contain useful information.      
Colleagues are invited to  visit  the   pages   on  service  and CAD (both the invited to  visit  the   pages   on  service  and CAD (both the conference and the  journal). You  may also want to peek into what we do in the name of research. Friends are invited to say hello, share some new ideas, and by all means do not hold yourself back if you know a good joke, for laughter is the best medicine.
